Position:     QuickBooks Trainer, West Des Moines office

Reports to:     Tax Partner

Duties and Responsibilities:
We currently would like to fill a part-time position on our tax staff. Read below for details and application process.

We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of current QuickBooks experience.  Would prefer individuals with a training background.  Candidates must have ability to effectively train and communicate with clients and staff.  Good candidates must also value teamwork and a good work environment as much as efficiency and productivity.

We have a diverse clientele of small business owners.  Our team environment is outstanding and makes for a fun and rewarding work environment.  We are flexible in our work arrangements and offer personal growth and opportunity as well as professional growth and opportunity.   

Through our affiliation with CPAmerica, we offer many of the advantages of a national CPA firm (industry experts, national training courses, etc.) with the advantages of local ownership and management.  Salary and benefits will be based on the individual's experience. We have been historically very progressive with our compensation and benefit package.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of QuickBooks training preferred
• Training background preferred
• Accounting degree preferred

Position:     Staff Accountant - (full time and/or  tax  season only) Tax Department, Winterset office:

Reports to:     Tax Partner

Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an individual who is interested in a small town setting for full time or tax season only professional work.  Individuals will be responsible for a variety of duties including tax return preparation, compilations and reviews and depreciation schedules.  We offer a competitive compensation package and a professional working environment including client contact  to the right candidate. 

Qualifications:
Preferred candidate will be a CPA with 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of public accounting.  Individual looking for full time and/or seasonal work only.  Individual must be personable and enjoy a hard working, professional environment.
