Lifetime Learning Program

MHCS recognizes that our team members are our most important asset, and that the professional and personal growth of our team is vital to our Firm mission. With this in mind, we have developed the MHCS Lifetime Learning Program to assist us in fulfilling our mission.  This initiative is intended to be flexible and is always a work in process. The primary objective of providing the opportunity to develop core professional and personal development skills will always trump the formal program. You, in conjunction with your supervisor and the Lifetime Learning Coordinator will plan and implement a developmental program that is right for you.

  • Tuition Reimbursement – The firm will cover required fees up to $2000 per year, providing a grade of B or better is achieved.   There is no waiting period for this benefit.
  • Planned Curriculum – The MHCS Lifetime Learning Program is a planned curriculum of professional and personal development that focuses on your first three years with the firm. After that time, the program is structured to cultivate and encourage the specific professional interests that you may want to develop that are consistent with the goals and needs of the firm.
  • Learning Levels – The Program is divided into four learning levels to tailor training to the specific professional development needs of each team member. Each Learning Levels encompass 48 to 70 hours of technical and personal development training.  Experienced professionals who are new to the firm will be assigned an appropriate place in the Program following an assessment of their professional education and experience.
