State: Kansas
Tax: State Sales and Use Tax
At Risk: Remote Sellers with $100,000 or More of Gross Receipts
Take Action Date: July 1, 2021
Execution Plan: Remote sellers who have more than $100,000 of gross receipts from sales to customers in Kansas during January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021 or have more than $100,000 of gross receipts from sales to customers in Kansas during the 2021 or 2022 calendar year need to register for a Kansas sales tax permit and begin remitting sales tax going forward.
State: Florida
Tax: State Sales and Use Tax
At Risk: Remote Sellers with $100,000 or More of Gross Receipts
Take Action Date: July 1, 2021
Execution Plan: Remote sellers who have more than $100,000 of gross receipts from sales to customers in Florida during the previous calendar tax year need to register in Florida by October 1, 2021 and begin collecting and remitting sales tax going forward.
